A man claiming to be Paul Raymond Harrod disappeared in 1992, telling his wife he needed to get away for a while. Only, he never returned. Twenty-years later a Cold Case Detective investigates the case and determines he was using a Fake Identity. Ten years have passed, despite exhaustive efforts, he still has not been identified.
